12 weeks and going strong!

Today, we had my 12 week ultrasound and we got to see and hear(!) so much. :) Here are all the awesome details:

1.) The baby is right where it should be size-wise at 2.3 inches
2.) We got to HEAR the heartbeat! And the best sound in the world clocked in at 160bpm.
3.) We saw the baby kicking around as well as flailing its arms even though he/she was sleeping when we first started.
4.) Everything looks normal! The baby is growing well within averages, the heart sounds/looks good and he/she has 5 fingers on each hand.

I also got LOTS of ultrasound pictures to take home and show off but here are probably the best three. We are so proud of our little lime-sized baby...
